The NRA Basic Pistol course is the nationally standardized introduction to pistol shooting developed by the National Rifle Association. This full-day, instructor-led course covers the knowledge and skills every responsible pistol owner should have, following the exact curriculum required by the NRA for certified instruction.

Upon successful completion of the written knowledge exam and live fire qualification, your completion is reported directly to the NRA and you receive an official NRA certificate of completion.
